2. Kingdom Hearts 3: Unlock Secret Ending & Epilogue

Every Kingdom Hearts title has well-hidden video snippets that hint at future events. Although Kingdom Hearts 3 concludes the main story, you'll find this tradition here as well.

The first hidden movie is nothing more than the epilogue, which indirectly hints at another part. To see the sequence, all you have to do is complete the campaign and watch the ending, including the credits. You also need to have at least update 1.02 on your console. After that, go to the theater in the main menu and conveniently select the newly added epilogue.

You'll have to spend a bit more energy on the secret ending. Because for that you'll have to photograph heaps of lucky emblems. How many depends on your chosen difficulty level. Beginners will have to photograph all 90, at the intermediate level you'll have to photograph 60 and pros only 30 symbols. After that, you'll also find the movie in the theater, just like the epilogue.

The little Mickey Mouse emblems are scattered all over the galaxies.

The emblems are scattered all over the worlds, but are quite easy to find. Because usually your comrades or Sora himself even give hints that a motif is nearby. If you activate the camera and pan around, the game will even mark the symbols for you.

Once you've photographed an emblem, it won't show up again, so you'll just have to stay alert. This is how many lucky symbols you will find in the individual worlds:

  • Olympus: 12 lucky emblems
  • Twilight Town: 9 lucky emblems
  • Toy Box: 11 lucky emblems
  • Kingdom of Corona: 9 lucky emblems
  • Monstropolis: 11 lucky emblems
  • Arendelle: 11 lucky emblems
  • Caribbean: 13 lucky emblems
  • San Fransokyo: 11 lucky emblems
  • 100-acre forest: 3 lucky emblems

The only secret boss opponent at the moment is the "Dark Inferno." You can only face him after one playthrough. Because only after that you will unlock the battle gates. Behind the last of these is the strongest enemy in Kingdom Hearts 3.

He has an impressive 20 life bars and you should only approach him at maximum level. The enemy is also extremely fast, so you should have a good command of blocking. Moreover, the enemy becomes even faster and stronger twice during the battle. So you should equip clothes and items with great defensive values. The Inferno deals a lot of physical damage.

It's best to use the Wheel of Fate key sword, as it increases your range and, when transformed, also extends your combos. Also, have enough healing items with you, you'll need them.

The dark inferno is the strongest boss in the game.
