Why is Koh-i-Noor so hard to catch?

First, however, you have to get the creatures. After a few rounds of combat, these personas will flee if you're not fast enough. Koh-i-Noor makes it especially difficult for us, because his level is higher than that of the other treasure demons and therefore he is especially cunning.

We'll explain the easiest way to catch Koh-i-Noor and add the treasure demon to your collection.

Koh-i-Noor is just one of many treasure demons that exist in Persona 5. The creature is at level 25 and is of the "Priestess" type. Koh-i-Noor has no weaknesses and is also immune to attacks of the type "Curse" and "Bless". Finding a weak point and exploiting it strategically like with the lower level treasure demons (Regent, Queen's Necklace or Stone of Scone) is therefore not possible.

Therefore, you'll have to resort to other tools and very specific attacks to capture Koh-i-Noor or take him down. The so-called "Treasure Trap Tool" is of great use here. You can make it - like all other tools for Palaces - at the workbench in Joker's room or sometimes in Sadayo Kawakami's class.

The Treasure Trap Tool in Persona 5 requires the following materials: two copies of Silky Yarn, one Cork Bark, and three units of Plant Balm. By the way, the best place to hunt for Koh-i-Noor is in the fifth palace. Before you infiltrate it, make sure you have enough Treasure Trap Tools with you. This tool will increase the chances of you running into Koh-i-Noor.

How to get Koh-i-Noor

Additionally, venturing into Persona 5's Palaces or Mementos on rainy days will generally increase your chances of encountering treasure demons.

Persona 5: Getting Koh-i-Noor

Landing a critical hit in battle is a condition for grabbing Koh-i-Noor. To increase the chances of this, there are several ways. Use certain items, use a persona with high luck value, or use a skill called "Down Shot".

"Down Shot" is a skill that can only be learned by personas of the "Tower" type. With it, in Persona 5 you'll be able to knock down enemies that are otherwise immune or resistant to all other attacks. It's true that Koh-i-Noor is quite a tricky enemy, even with traps and special attacks. However, with our tips, you should still be able to catch him without any problems.
