The best weapons in Apex Legends Season 11: Weapon Tier List

We have compiled a weapon tier list for Season 11 of Apex Legends. S-Tier is the highest rank - it contains the strongest weapons. D-Tier, on the other hand, is the lowest rank - you should replace these weapons with better weapons as soon as possible. Some weapons, such as the energy weapons Havoc and Devotion, only develop their true potential with unique attachments and then easily become A-tier weapons.

RankWeapons
S-TierAlternator (supply drop), Flatline, Kraber (supply drop), R-301, Spitfire (supply drop)
A-TierCAR, Peacemaker, G7 Scout (supply drop), L-Star, Prowler, R-99, Volt, Wingman
B-TierElectric Rifle, Eva-8, Havoc, Hemlok, Sentinel, Triple Take
C-Tier30-30 bolt action, Bocek, Devotion, Longbow, Mastiff, Rampage, RE-45
D-TierP2020, Mozambique

Below you will learn everything about the best weapons of each class and the corresponding weapon attachments. However, only you can decide which weapon is the best for your play style in Apex Legends. Let our tips inspire you and try out all weapons - except for the Mozambique - for yourself.

How weapon attachments work in Apex Legends

In Apex Legends, with a little luck, you will find various attachments for your weapons. We have an overview for you of how these attachments affect you in practice.

  • Stock: Weapon handling is improved, allowing you to switch from one weapon to another more quickly. You'll also be able to aim more smoothly.
  • Barrel: An attachment here reduces recoil.
  • Magazine: Attachments increase your ammo capacity before you need to reload.
  • Optics: The zoom varies depending on the optics; the "Digital Threat" attachment also gives enemies a red border.

Of course, not every weapon can use every attachment in Apex Legends, but you'll have to find the right extension for your shooting club.

With Season 11, you can expect not only a new weapon, but also new weapon attachments.

Also, there are still some unique attachments in Apex Legends that are only available for a few weapons:

AttachmentWeaponsEffect
TurbochargerDevotion, HavocReduces the recharge time of both weapons.
Boosted loaderHelmok, WingmanWhen reloading with an almost empty magazine, the reload speed accelerates and the next magazine is overloaded.
SplittersBocek, 30-30 repeaterProjectiles split when fired.
Hell speedSentinel, BocekShooting at the perfect moment increases the rate of fire.
Double cartridgeMastiff, 30-30 repeaterReloading loads two rounds at the same time.

The best MPs in Apex Legends Season 11

  • Alternator (Supply Drop) (S-Tier)
  • CAR (A-Tier)
  • Prowler (A-Tier)
  • R-99 (A-Tier)
  • Volt (A-Tier)

The MPs are all very good in Season 11 and are among the best weapons at short ranges, you won't go wrong with any of the five weapons. Keep in mind, however, that the Prowler can no longer switch fire modes in Season 11 and thus can only fire bursts of five.

The Prowler Burst can no longer fire fully automatic in Season 11.

The Alternator can only be found in the supply drops in Season 11 and no longer simply on the map. Instead, it comes with Disruptor Rounds that make short work of enemy shields - Apex veterans may remember Season 2, when Disruptor Rounds could be found as an attachment on the map, turning the entire weapon meta upside down.

The best assault rifles in Apex Legends

  • R-301 Carbine (S-Tier)
  • Flatline (S-Tier)
  • Havoc (B-Tier)
  • Hemlok (B-Tier)

The first choice in assault rifles continues to be the R-301 Carbine. Its combination of high accuracy, stability and rate of fire makes it the best rifle in its class, especially for medium-range firefights.

First choice for assault rifles in Apex Legends: the R-301 Carbine.

If you can't get your hands on an R-301, grab a VK-47 Flatline instead. The assault rifle also scores with high precision, but has a slightly lower rate of fire, but provides a bit more damage.

The Havoc is still only recommended in conjunction with the turbocharger attachment due to its long lead time before the first shot. With the turbocharger, however, it becomes one of the best weapons in Apex Legends due to its immensely high rate of fire.

The most powerful LMGs in Apex Legends

  • Spitfire (Supply Drop) (S-Tier)
  • L-Star (A-Tier)
  • Devotion (C-Tier)
  • Rampage (C-Tier)

Since Season 10, you can only find the powerful Spitfire in supply drops. If you find one, don't leave it lying around. The Spitfire was already very strong in previous seasons and is still one of the best weapons in the game with its large magazine and high damage.

With the Spitfire you can hardly be stopped.

Even though the L-Star was nerfed in Season 11 and the projectiles were reduced in size, the LMG is still one of the strongest weapons in the game. You'll just have to aim a bit more accurately now.

The Rampage is inferior to most other weapons, especially in close combat situations, due to its slow rate of fire. The Devotion, on the other hand, like the Havoc, needs the turbocharger attachment to unleash its full potential.

The most powerful sniper rifles in Apex Legends

  • Kraber (Supply Drop) (S-Tier)
  • Sentinel (B-Tier)
  • Electric Rifle (B-Tier)
  • Longbow (C-Tier)

If you get your hands on the Kraber Sniper: congratulations, you're holding one of the most powerful weapons in Apex Legends! However, it has a catch: its ammo cannot be replenished - as with all weapons from supply drops. On the other hand, it has a lot of power, because the Kraber can finish off an enemy with a single headshot.

With a little luck, a Kraber will be waiting for you in the supply drop.

If you're not lucky with a supply drop, but want to play a sniper rifle, it's best to grab the Sentinel or the Electric Rifle. The special feature of the electric rifle: The laser beam is based on hitscan - the projectile hits exactly the spot you aim at, so the bullet or beam has no trajectory during which the opponent can move away.

The Longbow has the highest rate of fire of all sniper rifles, but it does comparatively little damage, making it the weakest sniper.

The best precision weapons in Season 11

  • G7 Scout (Supply Drop) (A-Tier)
  • Triple Take (B-Tier)
  • 30-30 Repeater (C-Tier)
  • Bocek (C-Tier)

The G7 Scout is only available in the supply drop in Season 11. Instead, this variant comes directly with the "Double Tap" attachment known from past Seasons. This increases the high fire rate of the G7 once again, which makes it perfect for medium distances.

No matter if it comes in Christmas look or not - the G7 Scout is the perfect weapon for medium distances.

In return, you can now find the Triple Take on the map again. The precision weapon fires three projectiles at once, which makes it almost a shotgun in close combat. In the second firing mode, the three projectiles are combined when you aim longer, which turns the Triple Take into a sniper rifle.

The Bocek bow is aimed more at professionals due to the somewhat unusual handling - it's best to practice a bit with it at the shooting range. The 30-30 repeater is unfortunately inferior to most weapons in 1-to-1.

The most powerful shotguns in Apex Legends Season 11

  • Peacemaker (A-Tier)
  • Eva-8 Auto (B-Tier)
  • Mastiff (C-Tier)
  • Mozambique (D-Tier)

The Peacemaker is a devastating weapon in close combat with its built-in precision choke. If you'd rather go for an auto-shot feint, you should get the Eva-8, which makes short work of enemies due to its rapid rate of fire.

The Peacemaker doesn't just look good ...

While the Mastiff was still one of the best weapons in Apex Legends as a supply drop weapon in the first seasons, it has long since left its best days behind. Because of the high bullet spread, you'll need to be very close to the enemy to land a direct hit.

There is nothing to say about the Mozambique in Season 11, except that it is still by far the worst weapon in Apex Legends.

The best gun: Wingman

  • Wingman (A-Tier)
  • RE-45 Auto (C-Tier)
  • P2020 (D-Tier)

Those who like to handle pistols in shooters will enjoy the Wingman. The rate of fire is not that high, but the high damage of the Magnum-like weapon makes up for it. However, we only recommend experienced players to use the Wingman, as it's quite difficult to handle and you'll have to fight for every headshot with the magazine that only holds six rounds.

The Wingman is the only viable pistol in Apex Legends.

The RE-45 is barely usable and should be replaced with an MP as soon as possible. The P2020, on the other hand, is only undercut by the Mozambique and should also be left behind.
