Near the warehouse only three forest spirits want to be found by you. They are relatively close to each other, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you to track them down. If in doubt, put on your mask and follow the small footprints to the hiding place.

A hat and a ghost post

While in other areas you can find ten or more hats for the Rotts, at the warehouse there is only one hat. There is also only one of the ghost mail.
