Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Find & kill all cultists
Our guide to the cultists in Assassin's Creed Odyssey tells you:
- What the cultists are
- Locations of all members
- Why you should eliminate them
- Where to find the Cultists in the Legacy of the First Blade DLC
In the latest installment of the Assassin series, you'll once again have to deal with a mysterious organization - this time, the Cult of the Cosmos. You can kill all of the 44 members in the course of the game, and it's worth it.
Why hunt cultists?
Since Assassin's Creed Odyssey - just like its direct predecessor Assassin's Creed Origins - is a true role-playing game, you will gradually need better and better armor and weapons. That's why the hunt for the cultists is especially worthwhile, because each follower has a legendary piece of equipment. That is, an item from the rarest and best category.
However, you can't kill the members of the organization from the very beginning. Only after you complete the mission "Avoid the Serpents" in the third chapter in Delphi will the new mechanic be available to you.
Also, not every cultist just walks around in the open world. You'll only be able to meet and eliminate some of them as you progress in the campaign.
All cultists in Assassin's Creed Odyssey at a glance
The Cult of the Cosmos has a fixed hierarchy and is divided into nine groups. With two exceptions, you'll first have to track down the weak members of the chain to gather information about the cultist leader you finish off last.
Once you've found all the clues, you'll use the menu to reveal the enemy's location on the Assassin's Creed Odyssey map. In the following, you will get information about all followers of the cult - including location and requirements.
