Evil Dead: Unlock new characters - Here's how to do it

In Evil Dead: The Game, there are numerous characters from the movies available to you. Most of them are already unlocked when you start the game for the first time. However, there are also a few hidden bonus characters that you'll have to unlock first in order to be able to use them in the normal game.

How do I unlock new characters in Evil Dead fei?

In the main menu, in addition to the tutorial and the regular game mode "Survivor vs Demon", you have the option to play missions. Missions are pre-made single-player adventures through which you can unlock four new characters.

  • Role: Hunter
  • Unlocked by: "Kill Them All" mission

Special Abilities & Actions

  • Ammo for Days: When the ability is activated, you can fire all ranged weapons for a short time without using up ammo.
  • Trusty Sidearm: Start the match with a pistol.
  • Weapon Master - Pistol (lvl 10): The pistol has an increased rate of fire and deals more damage, balance damage, and dismemberment damage.
  • Accuracy Counts (lvl 25): Each successful hit with a ranged weapon increases your accuracy.

Amanda Fisher is the current DPS queen in the game and can even kill bosses single-handedly. Amanda's kit revolves solely around her pistol. With earned skill points, the pistol damage can be increased even more. You'll also get bonuses for hitting your enemies' heads.

Ash's enhancements generally increase outgoing damage and resistance to opponents.

Pablo is the best character for solo players. The demon player can only see you when he is possessing a unit. Therefore, you should split up at the beginning of a round and find the lost map pieces as soon as possible. Another focus of Pablo is amulets, which you can further improve with ability points.

King Arthur (Army of Darkness)

  • Role: Warrior
  • Unlocked by: "The Returning King" mission

King Arthur is a melee monster that increases the outgoing melee damage of party members. Further upgrades can boost the bonuses even more, while also increasing resistance to incoming damage.
