You can see where the properties are located on the map. How much they cost and which missions you have to complete there, you can see in the following list.

Boatyard (anchor icon)

  • Cost: $10,000

At the Boatyard you have to complete the mission "Checkpoint Charlie" once, a checkpoint race with a racing boatcomplete the mission. The Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory makes most of its dough not by selling ice cream, but by peddling drugs from the ice cream truck. And that's exactly your task: get into the ice cream truck Mr. Whoopee and complete 50 dope deliveries. The best way to do this is to drive to an area where there are lots of people and no hostile gangs are waiting for you.

Press the horn and your ice cream truck will play its jingle to attract your customers. For every four units sold, you'll receive a police star. Then drive around until the star disappears again and sell four more units of stuff. Once you've reached 50 or more deliveries, you can get out of the truck and the ice cream factory will generate up to $3,000 a day.

Which vehicles you have to deliver and where you can find them, we will tell you in this guide (in progress). After you deliver each list, you will receive a new car for the dealership and the daily income will gradually increase up to a maximum of $9,000 per day.

Gang missions

Again, there is very little to say here. They are mostly fun little missions for specific people or groups. Some gang missions you can 't complete all of them directly one after the other. • The Pizza Delivery Man
  • An unfortunate accident
  • The raging scrap factory
  • Trouble at the check-in
  • Fired!

Vehicle challenges

Here you can get the vehicles for the vehicle challenges.

The vehicle challenges are among the most difficult tasks to bring GTA: Vice City to 100 percent. For this, you'll have to grab certain vehicles and complete special missions. You can activate these by pressing up on the directional pad. It is important that you complete the respective tasks (with the exception of the cab missions) directly one after the other. If you cancel the mission before reaching level 12 or level 10, you will have to start all over again.

Vigilante Level 12

In the vigilante challenges, you grab a police car and go on a crime spree. To successfully complete a level, you must take out a certain number of gangsters during a time limit. On level 1 this is one criminal in one car, on level 12 it's twelve crooks spread over three cars. After each level you get some bonus time for the next level. Once you have completed level 12, the value of the vest increases to 150. Here are some tips for the vigilante challenge:

  • Stock up on enough ammo before you start. It's best to buy a submachine gun with more than 2,000 rounds so you don't run out of ammo.
  • Keep shooting at the gangsters' cars until they start to burn and explode. The crooks that are not killed by the explosion can be run over or shot.
  • During the missions you will inevitably collect police stars and get annoyed by the real lawmen. Therefore, keep your manhunt level low. Collect bribe symbols in time or change cars in between and use the Pay'N'Spray to go underground.
  • The vigilante challenge is much easier with the Rhino (tank) or the Hunter (gun ship). You'll find them in the military base at the airport after collecting 90 and 100 hidden packages, respectively.

With the Hunter, the vigilante mission is a cinch.

Firefighter Level 12

For the firefighting challenge you need a fire truck. Your task is to extinguish burning vehicles and people. On level 1 you have to extinguish one burning car, on level 12 three burning vehicles including all drivers and passengers. With each fire you extinguish, you will receive bonus time. After you successfully complete level 12, Tommy will be immune to fire. Our tips:

  • Keep enough distance from burning vehicles, otherwise your fire truck will catch fire and explode.
  • When maneuvering with the fire truck, pay special attention to burning people, because they run around unpredictably. If you run over one of them, the challenge will fail.

Plumbing Level 12

One of the most annoying requirements to complete Vice City with 100 percent. You'll have to grab an ambulance at one of the hospitals and take injured people to the hospital. As usual you have to complete 12 levels, on level 1 it is enough to take one injured person to the hospital.

At level 12 you have to take twelve injured people to the hospital. For each patient you pick up, you'll get a time bonus, and occasionally you'll get one when you deliver them to the hospital. As a reward, Tommy gets the ability to sprint indefinitely. Our tips for aspiring paramedics:

  • The ambulance has poor handling and tends to tip over in turns. Drive briskly but carefully and use the handbrake in turns.
  • The ambulance can carry a maximum of three people at a time. From level 4 onwards, you will have to make several trips to the hospitals. Don't leave immediately, but pause the game, think about the fastest route to the three injured people, deliver them to the hospital and repeat the whole thing.

As a pizza delivery boy, you'll have to step on the gas quite a bit.

Pizza delivery boy level 10

The pizza delivery man challenge is just as annoying as the ambulance challenge. For this mission, you'll have to grab the moped at one of the three Well Stacked Pizza restaurants and deliver pizzas. Level 1 starts off leisurely with a single pizza order, level 10 is ten pizzas.

You throw the pizzas to your customers directly from the moped. Your runabout can carry a maximum of six pizzas. When they're all gone, you'll have to go back to the restaurant for more. Once you've successfully completed level 10, your health will increase to 150, making you the fastest pizza delivery boy in Vice City:

  • You will only receive supplies when you have no more pizzas left. Therefore, we recommend throwing away all the remaining pizzas after each level so that you can pick up six fresh pizzas again for the next level. This way you can make mistakes when throwing and you won't have to pick up supplies during a delivery - at least until level 6.

carry 100 cab passengers

Compared to the other vehicle challenges, the cab missions are a real breeze. Steal a cab and take customers from A to B. While you'll have to carry a total of 100 passengers, it doesn't have to be done in one go. Once you've completed 100 cab runs, the cabs will get a boost jump that you can activate with the horn.

Off-Road Missions

The four off-road missions can be found here.

The off-road missions require you to get into a special vehicle at certain locations in GTA: Vice City. After that, a checkpoint parkour starts automatically, which you have to complete within a certain time. On the map you can find the locations of the vehicles. What you have to do in the respective off-road missions can be seen here:

  1. PCJ 600 Rally: Race a PCJ 600 across streets and rooftops in Washington Beach, taking 24 checkpoints along the way with.
  2. Pylon Rally: Get into the Stallion on the top floor of the parking garage behind the Oceanview Hotel and drive through five checkpoints without knocking over any pylons.
  3. Tough terrain: Head to the sand track in northeast Downtown and get on the Sanchez. Drive the parkour twice and take all checkpoints with you.
  4. Test track: Also on the sand track in downtown. Get on the Landstalker and do two laps of the checkpoint parkour again. Drive carefully and leave yourself enough time, because the off-road vehicle quickly lands on its roof when jumping or making sharp turns.

Top Fun RC Missions

At the numbered stars you will find the three RC checkpoint races.

In the Top Fun RC missions, you must first find a Top Fun van and get into it. Again, we have marked the locations of the three vans on the map. After that, a checkpoint race with a remote-controlled vehicle starts in each case. You will have to complete the following courses:

  1. Remote controlled car
  2. Remote controlled airplane
  3. Remote controlled helicopter

Street Race

At Sunshine Autos you can not only deliver stolen cars, but also sign up for street races in Vice City. Just go back to the underground garage and stand in the pink circle. You can then select one of six races on the board and the starting point will then be marked on your map.

Then either grab a sports car from your dealership or steal a fast runabout on the street. The six races aren't too difficult, but make sure your vehicle doesn't roll over or explode during the races. You can compete in the following six races:

  • Death Karacho
  • Ocean Drive
  • Coastal Rally
  • Capital Cruise
  • Tour!
  • V.C. Endurance

Stadium Challenges

The billboards will tell you which event is coming up next at the stadium.

In the northwest corner of downtown you'll find Hyman Memorial Stadium, where three different motorsport events take place. You'll have to complete them successfully to bring GTA: Vice City to 100 percent. To start one of the events, enter the stadium via the main entrance.

The events take place between 20:00 and 0:00 and change daily. If you don't want to wait for the next event the following day, you can also save the game in your Hyman Condo south of the stadium. Six hours of game time will pass each time you do this.

Hotring

The Hotring is a stock car race with a total of twelve laps that you must complete first. The race itself isn't too difficult, but your opponents drive extremely aggressively and try to destroy your car. Get a small lead at the beginning of the race. A life bar shows you the condition of your car.

If it is about to run out, you should stop briefly in the pit lane and have your car repaired. By the way, it's not worth it to target your opponents' cars. If you destroy your opponents' cars, new ones will simply appear.

Bloodring

Bloodring is a destruction derby in which you have to accumulate a target time of one minute using checkpoints. You start with 30 seconds and each checkpoint gives you 15 more seconds. It sounds easy, but it turns out to be difficult.

Your opponents are constantly driving into your bodywork and spinning your vehicle. In order to complete the event, you'll also have to rely a bit on luck when the checkpoints spawn. If several checkpoints appear in your vicinity, you should be able to complete the 60 seconds without any problems.

Dirtring

In the Dirtring you have to collect a total of 32 checkpoints with a Sanchez. The rings are distributed on an obstacle course. Fortunately, there is no time limit. Most of the checkpoints are easy to reach, but some are tricky - for example the checkpoints on narrow walls or beams.

At these checkpoints, try to place your motocross bike exactly vertically in front of the narrow obstacle and accelerate in a controlled manner - not too fast, but not too slow either. With a little practice you should be able to master even the more difficult obstacles.

Helicopter checkpoint rallies

At the markers you will find the four helicopters for the checkpoint rallies.

The helicopter checkpoint rallies are basically the same as the off-road missions - only in the air. With a total of four helicopters you have to master a checkpoint parkour in Vice City. The first three helicopter rallies are unlocked after the story mission "Pizza Mortale".

For the last parkour, you need to have completed the mission "Hot Lightshow" at InterGlobal Films. There is no time limit for the checkpoint rallies. You can find the four helicopters here:

  1. On a green space in a backyard in Vice Point, east of the Leaf Links apartment.
  2. On the roof of Apartment 3C in Ocean Beach, southeast of Pay'N'Spray. You can reach the roof either by jumping up the stairs there on a bike, or by landing directly on the roof with another helicopter.
  3. On the roof of a building east of Kaufman Cabs in Little Haiti. You can get to the roof either by bike jumping the ramp or by using another helicopter.
  4. In Downtown on the balcony of the office building you entered in the Hot Lightshow mission.

Rampages

The Rampages are where you can really wreak havoc in GTA: Vice City. As soon as you collect one of the skull symbols in the game world, you'll be given a certain weapon and have to kill a certain number of enemies or blow up vehicles with it within two minutes. In this guide, we'll tell you where you can find the 35 rampages, which weapons you'll get there and how you can master weapon challenges.

Monster stunts

In order to reach 100 percent in GTA: Vice, you'll not only have to prove your gun skills, but also your driving skills. There are a total of 36 ramps hidden in Vice City, on which you'll have to perform daring jumps. If you speed over the ramps, a slow-motion mode for the jump will be activated.

At the end, you'll be rewarded with the inscription "Monster Stunt". We recommend the PCJ 600 or the Sanchez for the monster stunts, as some ramps are quite narrow. However, many jumps also work with sports cars. A list with all 36 monster stunts can be found in this separate guide.

We strongly recommend a motorcycle for the monster stunts.

100 Hidden Packs

During your trips through GTA: Vice City you have probably already discovered and collected one or the other green-yellow figure. These are so-called packs, of which there are exactly 100. If you collect ten packs each, you unlock a reward. Of course, collecting packs is also included in 100 percent completion of the game.

But collecting is also worth it for the gameplay. For every 90 packs you collect, you get a tank, and for every 100 packs you get an attack helicopter. You can find out where to find all the packs in Vice City in this separate guide.

Shooting Range Challenge

Concentrate on the two targets at the back.

Another small mission that you'll have to complete to bring GTA: Vice City to 100 percent is the Shooting Range Challenge. This is unlocked after completing the mission "The Sniper". You can start the mission by going to the back room in the Ammu Nation gun store in Downtown and entering the pink marker.

Now you have to hit as many targets as possible within 2:00 minutes. You have 100 shots at your disposal to do this. The challenge ends as soon as the time runs out or you run out of ammunition.

Your goal is to score a total of 45 points. The point counting works as follows: To get points for a target, you must clear all five segments of the target. You will then receive different amounts of points depending on how close you are. The target at short distance gives you one point, the one at medium distance gives you two, and the one at long distance gives you three.

Our recommendation: Concentrate on the targets at medium and long distances. If you completely clear ten long-distance and ten medium-distance targets, you'll end up with 50 points. Since you only need 45 points, you can allow yourself a few misses. When you reach 45 or more points, the reload time of your weapons will also be reduced.

Buy residences

At the residences you can save and park your vehicles in a garage.

In addition to the properties that generate money for you, you also need to own all of the residences to reach 100% in GTA: Vice City. You can buy a total of seven of them. After the purchase, you can save at the residences and, if necessary, park vehicles in the garages there. To buy all the residences in one go, you should have $41,500 on hand. You can see where you can find the residences on the map.

  1. 3321 Vice Point - $2,500
  2. El Swanko Casa - $8,000
  3. Links View Apartment - $6,000
  4. 1102 Washington Street - $3,000
  5. Ocean Heights Apartment - $7,000
  6. Skumole Shack - $1,000
  7. Hyman Condo - $14,000

Robbing Businesses

The 15 stores you need to rob can be found by the stars.

Last but not least, you'll also need to rob 15 stores to finally get to 100 percent in Vice City. You can find the stores in the list, the exact locations are marked on the map. To rob a store, you have to enter it and threaten the cashier with a gun.

The cashier will then put bundles of money on the table, which you have to collect. The longer you threaten the cashier, the more bundles of money he will put on the counter. However, the store is already considered robbed when you make off with a bundle of money.

Another tip: Do not enter the store with your gun drawn. Sometimes the cashiers will immediately set off the alarm. Draw your gun only when you are in front of the cashier.

  1. Family Jewels: Ground floor in North Point Mall
  2. Vinyl Countdown: 1st floor in the North Point Mall
