GTA Online: Find data medium with music - This is how it's done

In this guide to GTA Online we tell you:

  • Where you can find the five disks
  • Which properties you need to own
  • Which rewards you get for the individual disks

The update Los Santos Tuners for GTA Online not only brought new cars into the game, but also new collectibles in the form of data carriers or USB sticks. These contain new music for your personal media player.

So that you don't have to search long for the data carriers, we'll tell you the four locations of the USB sticks as well as the location of the fifth bonus data carrier.

Data carrier location 1: LS Car Meet

You can find the first disk directly in the new LS Car Meet. From Mimi, simply go to the mechanic standing by the wall with the red toolbox. On the toolbox you will find the USB stick.

Data carrier location 2: Casino roof

To get the second music mix, you need to travel to the casino. Go to the roof, the disk is on a table in one of the seating areas.

Disk location 3: Nightclub

For the third USB flash drive, you must have a nightclub. The disk is located on the desk in your nightclub's office.

Disk location 4: Arcade

For the fourth disk, you need to have an arcade again. But don't worry, the arcade doesn't have to be renovated or expanded, as you can see from our screenshot. The USB stick with the music mix is lying on the bar counter.

Disc location 5: LS Car Meet

Once you have found all four discs, you can find a fifth bonus disc. To do so, go back to the LS Car Meet in the south of the city and enter the building.

Inside, look for the white Muscelcar on the screenshot. The position of the car in the LS Car Meet is random. It is also possible that the car is not there at all. Then just leave the building again and enter it again. Don't give up, it took us several tries until the car finally spawned.

You can also recognize the car by the open trunk and the rear license plate "Moodyman". Grab the last USB stick in the open trunk to unlock another music mix.

How can I listen to the new music?

To listen to the new music, open the interaction menu and select "Inventory". Under the first item "Mediaplayer" you can now choose between the different EPs.

In a vehicle, select the media player in the radio station selection at the bottom left and you can finally enjoy some musical variety in GTA Online.
