Life is Strange 2 Episode 5 - Locations of all collectibles

In our guide to the collectibles in the fifth episode of Life is Strange 2 you will learn:

  • Where the collectibles are hiding
  • Which trophies are waiting for you

The story of the wolf brothers Shawn and Daniel now ends and you will find out whether they make it to Mexico. Since December 03, 2019, the final episode is available for PC, PlayStation 4 () and Xbox One (). This is your last chance to capture collectibles and make sketches with Shawn.

So that you don't miss any collectible in the last part of the story, we describe all the items and their locations here.

Spoiler alert: The collectibles are scattered throughout the episode - to tell you where to find them, we'll have to give away some parts of the story.

Sketch - Cliff

Right at the beginning, you get to pull out your pen again and draw a sketch in Shawn's book. And with a bombastic view! The two brothers are sitting on a cliff at sunset - the perfect motif for another drawing in the notebook.

The drawing process hasn't changed in the fifth episode: Take the pencil in your hand and look at the motif for a few seconds before you let Shawn lower his head and draw the first lines on the paper with the analog stick. Another look at the landscape marks further details, which Shawn remembers and also draws in his book. The drawing is complete for the Collectible once you've also immortalized Daniel on the page.

This particular picture unlocks an additional dialogue with Daniel before you get the trophy.

Collectible 1: "Glittering Stone

Shortly after the drawing, you'll move down the cliff on sandy paths. The path will clearly lead you along the right side. To get to the first collectible, you should take a fork to the left until you arrive at the small, leafless tree. Look straight across the ravine and spot a shiny object on the opposite side.

You won't be able to reach the object alone. Luckily Daniel is with you, who can use his powers to lift the item and bring it to you. Shortly after, put it in your pocket as your first souvenir.

Collectible item 2: "Sticker

As the game progresses, you'll end up back at Karen's trailer. For the second collectible, you'll have to leave the house on wheels and walk into the nearby garden. There you will find several raised beds with smaller and larger plants. On one of the raised beds on the right side are some stickers, which represent the second collectible.

Collectible 3: "Daniel's Treasure

To get the third trophy, a few more steps are needed. A little later in the story you will be working on a statue. Shortly after, Daniel asks over the radio if Shawn is up for some kind of scavenger hunt for a secret treasure. To get the third collectible, you have to agree to this. During this treasure hunt, Daniel will tell you a few clues, which you will follow.

In order to complete the search successfully, you need to find two items. First, look for a place where there are many wings, but they can't fly. Go to the large metal windmill nearby. Under it you will find some stones with a piece of paper between them. On it you can see part of a treasure map of sorts.

The second clue will lead you to one of the shiny trailers on the left. Since the clue says that you are looking for something that eats the sun, you need to look around. Very close to the shiny caravan are three sun panels. The first one on the right holds the other half of the treasure map.

Then head to the cluster of cars near Karen's caravan. Two of the cars appear to be slightly stacked on top of each other, as if after an accident. Search the ground near the red car and you will get Daniel's treasure.

Collection Item 4: "Bottle Opener

After using a police item and having some conversations with David, Shawn is standing in front of his trailer. On its wall you can see some red jars. Move a little closer and next to it you'll discover a kind of small box containing your fourth Trophy: A bottle opener.

Collectible 5: "Stone

The brothers reach the border with Mexico (almost) at the end of their journey. Here you will find the penultimate Collectible. Immediately after arriving, move Shawn slightly to the right and run towards the wall. Out of the ground rises a flat stone with some cacti in front of it. If you get closer, you'll see some blue canisters with a stone on top of them.

Your decisions will influence the relationship between Sean and Daniel in the second episode as well.

Take a closer look at the stone and put it in your pocket for your fifth Trophy. Someone has written "Good luck" on the stone - obviously addressed to the immigrants who pass by there.

Collectible 6: "Flag

A bit further in the story, the two brothers are standing in front of a metal door that Daniel could break open with his powers. Choose this option and head to Shawn's backpack, which was deposited there. There are some shelves in the room. For the last collectible you'll be interested only in the compartment at the very bottom on the right side. There is a military backpack with the American flag as a pin. Take this souvenir from America and get your last collectible.
