Planet Coaster: The best Blueprints
In our Planet Coaster guide to the best Blueprints we show you:
- How to install Blueprints with and without Steam
- The best Blueprints for complete theme parks
- The best placeable Blueprints for roller coasters, sceneries and stores
Planet Coaster offers an incredible amount of scope for combining the objects available in the game. The misappropriation of placeable objects is the rule to design individual park decorations. Besides, it is possible to build your own roller coasters in Planet Coaster. We present the best Blueprints, which should not be missing in any of your theme parks, in the following guide.
How do I download and install Blueprints?
There are two different ways to integrate foreign Blueprints into the game. The easiest way is via Steam. The alternative is a manual transfer of the Blueprint data, if the publication of the building in the Steam Workshop is not desired. How to integrate a Blueprint into the game in both ways, we explain in the following.
Downloading Blueprints with Steam
The easiest installation is done via the Steam Workshop. There players publish their buildings within the community. To do this, log in to Steam, open the Planet Coaster page and the corresponding workshop. Click on a Blueprint of your choice and click on the green box with a plus and "Subscribe".
If the game is open, you can also access the workshop from the main menu. The easiest way is to load the savegame and start it via "My blueprints". The Steam Workshop is then located at the bottom on the right side.
Download Blueprints without Steam
If you want to integrate a Blueprint into the game without the Steam Workshop, put the corresponding Blueprint file into the folder named "Saves". You can find it under the path C:/Users/%userprofile%/Saved Games/Frontier Developments/Planet Coaster. Click on the folder with the long string of numbers and paste your file into the "Saves" folder.
The best blueprints of ready theme parks
Sakura Park
In line with the theme of the new expansion The Sims 4 Off to Snow Paradise, this park also has typical Japanese elements. Instead of snow you can expect Sakura Park a wonderful spring landscape decorated with numerous cherry blossom trees. Besides cute rides, there are traditional archways, buildings and a hot spring.
The Wasteland
This post-apocalyptic theme park is reminiscent of the game Wasteland not only in name, but also in atmosphere. Behind the concept of The Wasteland park is a story all its own, which invites you to continue writing it. Untypically, this blueprint leaves enough room for your own ideas, so you can add to it as you wish.
Pixel World
Pixel World is not at all reminiscent of a blocky world like in Minecraft or Swords 'n Magic and Stuff. Instead, you can expect a theme park consisting of six different areas. Around a central lake are the Alpine, Asian, Fantasy, Space and Western themed areas. A park rating of 10,103 and a total of 92,423 scenery and building objects already indicate the success and great popularity of the park.
The best blueprints for roller coasters
Star Wars - Death Star Strike
While this Blueprint is about an entire park, the main focus is on the Star Wars - Death Star Strike roller coaster. As in Star Wars: Squadrons, you and your park visitors take on the role of rebels looking to record a victory over the galactic empire. The ride begins and ends with the entry into hyperspace, which can be downloaded as a separate blueprint.
Reactor
An expedition to the reactor core with a full 522 triggers. Similar to the previous coaster, there is a central element that marks the start and end of the ride: A kind of wall made of green laser, which serves as a radiation shield. You'll need it, because the reactor suddenly threatens to explode. The Reactor is also an eye-catcher from the outside, which is fantastically staged all around.
Chief Beef Raceway
The Chief Beef Raceway is a race for first place. On two synchronized tracks, you'll race head-to-head with other park visitors while driving through the barbecue fire of roasting meatballs. The colorful and gaudy environment gives you the feel of a theme park at its best.
The best blueprints for sceneries
Burglar's Light Strung Tree
For theme parks with a fantasy or Asian theme, and as a special highlight in any other park, this Burglar's Light Strung Tree an enrichment. This festive tree unfolds its true potential at night with a stunning display of lights. With this tree, you'll never again have a problem with your daytime theme park losing its charm in the evening.
Natural cascade & Waterfall 1
If the construction of a waterfall or cascade has given you trouble so far, the Natural cascade and Waterfall 1 is the solution. These freely placeable blueprints offer many possibilities to be integrated into your theme park. Perfect for mountainous or tropical natural settings.
Modern Cheef Beef Restaurant
After a wild ride on the roller coaster, your guests are sure to crave something greasy. The design of Modern Cheef Beef Restaurant is reminiscent of various fast food places that we know from real life. The only drawback lies in the seats, which were combined from different objects and therefore have only visual utility.
TeaCup Ivy Pavilion
There is a cute cup carousel in this romantic pavilion. For families with young children, this Blueprint is an enchanting experience. This sugary sweet TeaCup Ivy Pav ilion is perfect for fairy tale theme parks.
The best blueprints for store fronts
Futuristic Shopping Center
In this Futuristic Shopping Center, six stores and two restrooms find a new home. Thematically it fits perfectly to the already mentioned reactor roller coaster. You should download it if you already have plans to dedicate an area to sci-fi style. The lighting elements at the entrance area are particularly effective at nightfall.
Iceberg Hotel
If you already think that your theme park lacks nothing, you are mistaken. The Iceberg Hotel has 37 standard rooms, 17 deluxe rooms, a spa, a workout room and a rooftop bar that you can conjure up a wonderful panorama. There is also an integrated restaurant to spoil your visitors with culinary delights. As a nice gimmick, a shark welcomes your guests with its friendliest grin.
Jungle Temple
In the Jungle Temple, visitors won't find any treasures, but certainly a toilet. Place some stores or other items in it as you like. If you don't have any concrete ideas for integrating the new structure into the park, it's also perfect as a purely decorative element or as a pathway. Either way, your guests will love the architecturally detailed building.
Small 7-Eleven
Too many fanciful bells and whistles? Then stay grounded with this Small 7-Eleven. This retail store is based on the look of the original stores and does without unnecessary decoration that exceeds the level of usefulness. In total, there is room for two stores and one restroom. An enrichment that many players have already been waiting for.
