Pokémon GO: Evolve Evoli - Psiana, Nachtara & more

In our Evoli guide to Pokémon GO we show you:

  • How you can evolve Evoli
  • Which evolutions Evoli has
  • Which Pokémon is suitable for the development

Currently, Evoli can be evolved into eight different forms. Which Pokémon it becomes, you can leave to chance or determine with a few tricks yourself. So go ahead and pick out your best Evoli and think about which pocket monster it will become.

Good to know: If you have a Shiny Evoli and want to evolve it, the resulting Pokémon will also be a Shiny one.

For even more fun with Evoli, check out Pokémon - Let's GO Evoli! () for the Nintendo Switch. Pokémon from the app can be transferred to the game for Nintendo's console to quickly fill the Pokédex.

Evoli evolve with nickname

To evolve Evoli to the desired Pokémon, you need to give it a nickname in thePokéball. To do this, select the desired pocket monster and open the information card. Here you can easily change the name to the following words:

  • Blitza - Sparky
  • Aquana - Rainer
  • Flamara - Pyro
  • Psiana - Sakura
  • Nachtara - Tamao
  • Glaziola - Rea
  • Folipurba - Linnea
  • Feelinara - Kira

Before you let Evoli evolve, take a look at the small picture next to the button for it. Here you can see what it will turn into and you have the option to change the nickname again.

If you leave Evoli with its real name or give it a nickname of your own choice, different from the ones above, Evoli will randomly evolve into Flamara, Blitza or Aquana.

Your Evoli evolves into the wrong Pokémon? This may be due to the fact that the probability of the fox Pokémon transforming into the desired form is 100 percent only once. In other words, the correct nickname will always result in the desired Pokémon on the first try. However, if you try it again, any evolution from the second attempt on is purely a matter of luck.

Evolving Nachtara and Psiana

If you have already evolved an Evoli via nickname into a Psiana or Nachtara, there is another way to get guaranteed another Pokémon in pink or black:

  • Evoli must be your buddy to transform into Nachtara or Psiana. To do this, you replace your current pocket monster friend with the desired fox Pokémon and move with it over a distance of 10 kilometers.
  • By the way, you can also easily simulate running. During the way, the pocket monster will find two candies. Now Evoli is ready to transform into your choice. The good thing is that this trick works over and over again.

You can develop Nachtara and Psiana specifically even without the nickname trick.

  • If you want to get Nachtara, you'll have to wait for nightfall. If Evoli is your buddy and you evolve it, the black creature with the golden dots will emerge.
  • The light purple Psiana, on the other hand, doesn't like the dark so much and will only work as a development option during the day.

Evolve Folipurba and Glaziola

There is also a second trick for the evolutions to the type ice and plant. You will need certain lure modules for this:

  • Get near a detonated Glacier module to get Glaziola.
  • Be within range of a detonated Moss Module to make Folipurba appear as an evolution.

The Moss Module and the Glacier Module are available in the in-game store and can be purchased for 200 gold each buy. As long as the module is fired, you can develop as many Evolis as you want.

Develop Feelinara

If you have already used the nickname trick for Feelinara, you can use hearts to have more Feelinaras evolve:

  • Equip an Evoli as a buddy.
  • Earn a total of 70 hearts with this Evoli - you earn hearts for feeding, playing, fighting, and running with the Pokémon together.
  • Evolve the buddy Evoli into Feelinara.

Which Evoli to evolve?

You now know many ways to evolve the cute fox Pokémon into the form you want. Now the only question is: What should you pay attention to when you want to evolve Evoli?

If you just want to fill the Pokébox with as many Evoli evolutions as possible and thus continue to fill the Pokédex, you don't need to worry about IV values and the like. If, on the other hand, you attach a lot of importance to the strength of your Pokémon, the Evoli values already say something about the later power of the Pokémon.

Important are the IV values, which are random for each Evoli. Your team leader in the game indicates how good or bad it is in general with its rating (found under the corresponding button). For a truly accurate assessment of Pokémon strength, you'll need an IV calculator.

Your own level as a trainer also determines the Pokémon's strength. Its WP can be easily increased with power-ups. For this you will need Evoli's stardust and candies.

If you want to develop Evoli, take a look at its attacks. However, since the parameters for this point change frequently, we will refrain from a detailed description here and instead recommend the Pokémon GO Info website. The page shows you what the best attacks are that the desired Pokémon can learn. With the right TM's you can get one step closer to your strong pocket monster.
