- Click the number of the row you want to underline.
- Go to the toolbar and select “Format”.
- Select “Add conditional formatting.”
- In the pop-up window, select “Text containing” from the drop-down menu next to “Format cells if.”
- In the text field that appears, type the text that will appear in the cell in that row. For example, if you are underlining a row that contains the name of a product, type the product name.
- Click the “Style” button and select “Underline” from the drop-down menu.
- Finally, click "Done" to apply conditional formatting and underline the row.
Can I underline multiple rows at once in Google Sheets?
