Difference between knitting and crochet
Introduction
The world of crafts and fashion offers a wide variety of techniques to create garments and accessories that allow us to express ourselves and develop our creativity. Within these techniques, two of the most popular are knitting and crochet, which, although similar, have some differences that are important to know.
What is weaving?
Weaving is a technique that is used to create garments and accessories from the union of threads or wool using two needles or a loom. Various techniques are used to knit, such as stocking stitch, garter stitch, stocking stitch, among others. The end result is a fabric that has different textures, patterns and thicknesses.
What is crochet?
Crochet, on the other hand, is a technique used to create clothing and accessories by using a crochet needle and thread or wool. Unlike knitting, in crochet a chain of points is created that is joined by creating loops and knots until the desired shape is achieved. The end result is a garment with a looser and more flexible appearance than in fabric.

Texture and flexibility
The texture and flexibility of garments also varies between knitting and crocheting. In knitting, a greater number of textures and patterns can be achieved, while in crochet the garments have a looser and more flexible appearance.
