All legendary weapons in Assassin's Creed Odyssey

You can find common (marked gray), rare (blue), epic (purple) and legendary items (gold) in the game. The latter are, of course, the best pieces and, accordingly, the most sought-after.

In addition, legendary weapons are especially worthwhile because you can improve them at the blacksmith. You can add up to three buffs and an engraving to an item this way. This makes legendary weapons the best choice (especially in the endgame).
