Ni No Kuni 2: Fate of a Kingdom - All Possessed Monsters

Besides managing your own kingdom, in Ni No Kuni 2 you'll do what J-RPGs do: explore a world and fight all sorts of cute enemies. But not all enemies are as easy to defeat as they seem at the beginning.

The total of 60 possessed monsters, especially in the back half of the game, are a good option for all players who otherwise find the difficulty level too moderate. But why would you intentionally make your life difficult?

What are possessed monsters?

Possessed monsters, like the normal creatures, are scattered all over the world of Ni No Kuni 2. You can recognize them on the map by a purple symbol and in the game world itself by a purple ring around the enemy. They are significantly stronger than conventional enemies - even at the same level.

The total of 60 special enemies are scattered throughout the world and end up in your Almanac of Knowledge after the first sighting. This way you can always check which beast you haven't killed yet in Ni No Kuni 2.

A fight against the possessed monsters is also worthwhile. For every defeated enemy you'll receive a lot of experience points and rare items. In addition, you'll receive items for a certain number of downed enemies - for example, a protective talisman after the first two.

These creatures are much stronger and more resistant to your attacks than ordinary enemies. Accordingly, you should not even try to attack possessed monsters that are above your level.

But even before a fight against equal enemies, you should take enough herbs and angel tears, because even a single attack of the opponent can be fatal. You can also use the items to bring fallen comrades-in-arms back into the fray.

Since you can see the monster's type before the fights, it is worth tuning your fight equalizer perfectly.

In these battles, the system works significantly in your favor if you also have the appropriate perks turned on against a fairy.

The last 10 possessed monsters

If you've been hunting possessed monsters for a while, you'll eventually realize that there are only 50 of the special enemies to begin with. You have to defeat all of them, only then you will unlock the last ten.

These are even more special. The creatures have a level of 71 to 90, so before you fight them, you should first collect enough experience points.

Apart from the conventional methods, the final battle of Ni No Kuni 2 is especially useful here. In the final battle you'll get a lot of points.
