FIFA 21 career mode: What you have to consider
Like in NHL 21 () or Madden 21 (), there is also a career mode in FIFA 21. Although the popular mode has been given some new features in FIFA 21, the gameplay remains the same: You have to prove your management skills in running your own club and lead the club to fame and success.
You'll face different tasks and challenges, depending on which club you start your career with. If you choose a top team - such as Liverpool FC, Paris Saint-Germain or FC Bayern Munich - the expectations of the board are high and you must win titles at all costs. Therefore you already have some of the best FIFA 21 talents in your squad and you can start right away.
If you decide to start your career with an unknown team, the task is a bit trickier. In this case, you'll mainly rely on cheap talents with high potential as well as the in-house youth work. Only after you are successful and have collected higher prize money, you can think about signing top talents in FIFA 21. Otherwise, your club will quickly face ruin.
In our guide we present you the best FIFA 21 talents for both scenarios. However, keep in mind that a strong squad is not the only thing that matters in your career. Also all the other decisions you make in the career mode will influence the morale and the performance of your team.

Non-redeemable talents and youth work: What do I have to consider?
It is important that you start working with youth as soon as possible. This way, you can train top talents for free and sell them later at a high price. Furthermore, always keep an eye out for unattached players. If they are not older than 21 and have a solid development potential (10 points or more), go for it.
Since there are no transfer costs for signing unattached players, you always sell on unattached talents at a profit. In order to increase the value of the young talents, you have to complete a training session every week in the FIFA 21 career mode. You assign five talents from your team a training task that fits their position.
If you're good at FIFA 21, you'll complete the skill games that are part of a training session yourself. Otherwise, let them simulate - in this case, however, the results will be influenced by chance. After a few training sessions you can sell your free youth players or talents for a profit.
Unless you've grown so fond of them that you want to keep them at the club to realize their full potential!
