Xbox Game Pass: New games in August 2022

Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft's video game subscription service that brings you over a hundred games on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and via cloud on smartphones and tablets. While games leave the service every now and then, new games are added every month. We'll tell you which ones they are.

Xbox Game Pass: New games in August 2022

Ghost Recon Wildlands

In Ghost Recon Wildlands, a huge open world awaits you, which you can explore freely with up to three friends. Your task is to put a stop to the local cartel. For this you have numerous weapons, vehicles and gadgets at your disposal.

Shenzhen I/O

If you've always wanted to get a taste of the everyday life of electrical engineers, Shenzhen I/O is the game for you. In the puzzle game you have to program circuits with the help of various components. And when you need a break, you can pass the time with a wacky solitaire variant.

Turbo Golf Racing

After car soccer(Rocket League), Turbo Golf Racing now brings car golf to your game console. Instead of a golf club, you use a tuned golf cart to get the giant golf ball into the hole.

Two Point Campus

In the sequel to Two Point Hospital you can build your own university campus instead of a hospital. You'll place university buildings, design beautiful outdoor spaces and hire the right teachers - all to keep the students as happy as possible.

Now new: Xbox All Access

Xbox All Access is a brand new all-inclusive package: You'll receive Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (including EA Play and Xbox Live Gold) and an Xbox Series X|S.

Simply visit a MediaMarkt store and choose the console of your choice. The subscription price for the more compact Xbox Series S is 24.99 euros per month. For the more powerful Xbox Series X, you pay 32.99 euros. The subscription period is 24 months.

Cooking Simulator

After the Powerwash Simulator (Tip-Guide) last month, the Xbox Game Pass brings you the Cooking Simulator this month. Become a chef and impress your guests with great dishes made from over 120 different ingredients.

Expeditions: Rome

In Expeditions: Rome you create your own legate(commander in ancient Rome) and travel through a large game world consisting of North Africa, Greece, Gaul and Rome. In the process, you'll master turn-based battles and determine the further course of history with your decisions.

Offworld Trading Company

In this strategy game you'll be transported to Mars, where you'll have to build up a colony and prove yourself against hostile companies. If you want, you can also face up to seven human players in multiplayer mode.

Coffee Talk

In this fantasy game you run your own coffee shop in an alternative Seattle and help your customers with their problems. Can you save the relationship between an elf and a succubus?

Midnight Fight Express

In this top-down action game à la Hotline Miami, you take on numerous thugs and gangsters in the underworld of a huge metropolis. In addition to various melee moves, you'll also have a large arsenal of weapons at your disposal, from knives to guns to explosives.

Death Stranding

Kojima's madcap masterpiece Death Stranding is coming to PC Game Pass. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, you as Sam Porter Bridges(played by Norman Reedus) must traverse a devastated wasteland, deliver packages and battle alien creatures.

Exapunks

Exapunks comes from the same developer as Shenzhen I/O, which can also be found in the August lineup of the Xbox Game Pass. Instead of an electrical engineer, however, you take on the role of a hacker in Exapunks and must solve numerous tricky puzzles.

Opus: Echo of Starsong - Full Bloom Edition

The visual novel Opus: Echo of Starsong takes you on a journey to intergalactic worlds. Playing the role of Jun, you will go in search of mysterious asteroids that emit powerful acoustic signals called Starsongs.

Commandos 3 - HD Remaster

Fans of hard-hitting strategy games are in the right place with Commandos 3. In World War II, you'll lead a special forces unit behind enemy lines and must not only complete the mission objective in tactical battles, but also keep your entire squad alive.

Immortality

Immortality is the latest adventure game from Sam Barlow, the director and writer of games like Her Story and Telling Lies. You'll puzzle your way through unreleased footage to find out what happened to aspiring actress Marissa Marcel.

Immortals Fenyx Rising

Immortals Fenyx Rising offers a huge open world teeming with puzzles and mythical monsters. As the semi-divine Fenyx, your mission is to free the gods of Greek Olympus and send monsters like the Cyclops and Medusa back to Hades.

TinyKin

In the skin of little Milo you have to team up with the cute TinyKin to successfully master the numerous jump 'n' run passages as well as puzzles of the action adventure. You'll give the little creatures commands so that they'll clear the way for you or build towers with which you'll reach seemingly unreachable places.
