All collectibles in Doom Eternal are displayed on the AutoMap. As soon as you approach a collectible, a yellow question mark with the label "Secret" will appear on your map. There is almost always a small mystery between you and the coveted item. Therefore, scan your surroundings for crumbling walls, secret passages or moving crates.
Furthermore, you'll get additional bonuses if you find all the collectibles in a mission.
