In Dying Light 2: Stay Human there are several hidden side quests. Mostly you will find them on the rooftops of Old Villedor, where you will meet inhabitants who ask Aiden for help. In this guide, we'll show you the solution to "Rose Garden", a touching side quest that is especially lucrative for beginners.

Where can I find the quest giver for the side quest "Rose Garden"?

The quest giver for the side quest "Rose Garden" awaits you in Quarry End, the southern district of Old Villedor. You can start the quest as soon as Hakon releases you into the Open World during the quest "The Only Way Out". From the PK station in the center of Quarry End, walk about a hundred meters northwest.

Climb the blue tower labeled "Cadet Academy" and talk to Peter. When he tells you about the dried rose he kept, select the dialogue option "That would certainly make her happy" and the quest begins. You are to bring Peter's flower to an old lady in a glass house.

At this blue tower you will meet the quest giver for the side quest "Rose Garden" in Dying Light 2.

Where can I find the glass house in Old Mount Street?

Run about 150 meters across the rooftops to the south. If you have already found the paraglider (guide), you can search the area from the air. Otherwise, the Nightrunner binoculars will help. Look for a high point in the marked quest area and keep an eye out for a red brick mansion with an overgrown roof - you won't find a glass house as Peter describes it.

The building the quest giver is referring to is an annex made of red brick with a semicircular, completely filthy dome. It is located at the back of the villa and therefore not visible. There is also no direct access. The area around the villa is occupied by zombies. So climb over the roofs and lanterns to the house if possible, if you want to avoid a fight. You will find the entrance on the west side under the dilapidated balcony.

Behind this brick mansion is the "Glass House" in the side quest Rose Garden.

How do I find the old lady in the glass house?

Go through the front door and right into the greenhouse. On the table next to the corpse is a note, the artifact collectible "Letter - Helen's Confession". Read the letter and you will learn more about the connection between Peter and the old lady. Interact with the corpse and Aiden places the rose on the "flower lady's" lap. Before you leave the glass house, collect the precious poppy and honey, as well as the rest of the resources in the room across the hall.

You will meet the old lady in this annex, which Peter calls the "Glass House".

Dying Light 2: What reward do I get for the side quest "Rose Garden"?

Return to Peter and talk to him about the flower lady. Aiden will give him the letter and you will receive the unique value item "Helen's Rose Necklace" as a reward.
