Preparation: What do I have to do to get the Cyber Hands 2177?
Before you can get the Cyberpunk 2077 Easter Egg "Cyber Hands 2177" in Dying Light 2: Stay Human, you will have to invest a lot of time in the main quest. Once you have completed the quest "The Only Way Out" and made the decisions at the water tower between Sophie and Aitor (Guide), Aiden will head to the Central Ring.

You can only get the coveted Cyber Hands 2177 if you reach the roof of a building southwest of the VNC Tower. Once you're at the top of the tower, walk past the Nightrunner camp on the left and stand on the plank. Drop down, deploy your paraglider and sail to the roof of the building with the big pointy antenna.
